During this time, she gained rich experience as a Soft Skills Trainer and then later as a Training and Development Manager.

In the UK, Tarveen worked in Real Estate Sales for Atlas International, a major international real estate company. During her tenure at Atlas International, she was adjudged as the Top Sales Performer on several occasions.

Tarveen is a Certified NLP Practitioner from the UK and also has a Certificate in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy London. Tarveen has delivered several motivational talks and conducted workshops for a wide variety of clients ranging from MNCs to Business Schools.
